The Guardianship Unit reviews the activities of guardians, trustees, and administrators based on the records, annual accounts, final accounts, and other documents and information submitted. The unit is responsible for the recruitment and training of guardians and administrators and provides information and advice within the guardianship area.

About you
This is a job where not everything will be completed by the end of the day. We are looking for a colleague who thrives in a job where the pace is often high and where the workday does not always look the same. You need to be able to take responsibility for your tasks, make independent decisions, and drive cases autonomously.
You will have cases that run over time, reminders that linger, and tasks that need to be prioritized based on what comes into the authority. Structure exists and is necessary, but it must be flexible; the workday is largely driven by the inflow of tasks. To thrive, you need to feel comfortable managing multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- University education in law, economics, social work, or other education and experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Experience in public authority operations.
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
Meritorious:
- Good knowledge of the legislation governing the operations.
- Experience in practical work with legal application or other supervisory activities.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone with high integrity and a professional demeanor. You enjoy meeting people and have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently. You have the ability to make decisions that you can communicate clearly and respectfully through your good communication skills. Structure and accuracy are also important qualities. You contribute to a positive work environment and are happy to share ideas and suggestions for improvement. The work involves contacts with both principals, guardians, administrators, and other organizations such as authorities and banks. To succeed in the job, you need to have a positive and service-oriented attitude and be comfortable making new contacts.
We can offer you an important, responsible, and varied job with many social contacts. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, welcome with your application!
